our web site. You can learn much about Mt. Olive Lutheran Church from this
web site. And information is good. But our primary goal is to share LIFE
and LOVE in Jesus Christ.
In Hebrews 2:14-18, we read that Jesus defeated “him who had the power
of death, that is, the devil,” He made “propitiation for the sins of the
people,” and He comes “to the aid of those who are tempted.” We are familiar
with Jesus victory over sin and death for us. We may not be so cognizant
of Jesus’ help when we are tempted. Examining the temptations of Jesus
by the devil in Matthew, Mark, and Luke we will find help when we are tempted.
Incidentally, if you life is anything like mine, temptation arises continuously
every day, every hour, every minute of life.
So
enjoy! Learn about us. And encounter the One who gives us LIFE thru His
LOVE.

Mt. Olive Lutheran Preschool
Mt. Olive offers preschool classes for 3 and 4 year old children. Registration is open for the 2010-11 school year and class size is limited. For more information, see the Preschool pages.
Ms. Emilee Langbehn has been named as preschool teacher at Mt.
Olive. She joined the staff in 2009 following her graduation from Whitworth University. Emilee also graduated from Forest Hills Lutheran School and is an enthusiastic supporter of Christian education.
